First of all I got 17 unboxed dreamcast games.
next I decided to treat myself and I got a xbox 360 arcade
So far I have a few games for the 360
I got this for £0.50
and finally because my games (and dvds) had begun to overfolow I got another bookcase for them.
First of all i got a fully working mega CD 2
Because i now have one I got some games for it.
I got
Sewer Shark -not tried yet
Cobra Comand -not as good as road avenger
Sol-feace -its an okay game
and another copy of Road Avenger that I through in a drawer
I also got a few more xbox games
Serious Sam 2 -no offline co-op so I probably wont play it as that what I bought it for.
King Of Fighters 02 -the game-play is good but the graphics are very dated. Capcom vs snk 2 on the dreamcast looks so much better.
and Conkers: Live and Reloaded -its a good game but much more immature than I remember it being.
and lastly
btw I cant remember if this is Aria of Sorrow or Circle of the Moon but its not a pirate copy and its a good game so I'm happy.
I think this week end i will devote to gaming as I have so many games ive not played yet and it feels wronge to buy more withou playing the old ones.
After a few months of living withou a htpc I have noticed I watch crap on the tv all the time now rather than watching good tv whenever I want to watch it.
So I decided I need a new HTPC
CASE
For the case Im using the apivia case I reviewed a few months ago, I
know its a tower case and doesnt look right beside a tv but it fits
nicely into a small space near my tv.
athlon 64 3700 (got cheap on ebay)
512mb ram (got cheap on ebay)
motherboard with intergrated sound and graphics - (had lying around)
500GB hard drive (going to order tommorow)
TV card (left over from my last htpc)
MDVA (left over from my last htpc)
Wireless keyboard & mouse (left over from my last htpc)
MCE remote (left over from my last htpc)
DVD drives (left over from my last htpc)
SOFTWARE

windows xp pro
Planed mods so far
Pause, play, stop etc buttons on the case
MDVA
Dizzy on the mega drive
Ive had this on the gamegear for years but the gamegear port is so poor that its almost un playableso Im happy to have this on mega drive.
Wolfchild
Again I have this on the gamegear but the mega cd version is so much better that I actualy enjoy this version.
Im tempted to buy mega drive versions of other gamegear games I have just to see if I enjoy them more.
First of all I got a japanese copy of power stone
I got the japanese version because it was cheaper. Its easy to understand as long as you dont want to change any of the options.
Next I got a fully boxed dreamcast keyboard. I got this so I can get typing of the dead and so I can play FPS games properly.
Its defently worth getting if you like fps games but rember to get a mouse too.
and finaly I got a vga box so I can hook my dreamcast up to a computer monitor or the LCD tv using the vga conector.
I found it in cash generators for £2, they normily cost £20
Yesterday I talked about how 2 of my hard drives had died .
Well today I found out that the motherboard had been damaged too.
My HTPC has allways been a hobby of mine. Since 2005 I have been working on it and slowly building a custom case for it but as the case was designed for the motherboard and because both its hard drives are dead its ment that I have had to stop declare my htpc as dead.
Watch out world my new HTPC shall crush you all !!!!!!!
hahhahahaha
Today because of a faulty psu I have lost 2 of my hard drives. becuase of this I have lost 410GB of files that were very important to me.
I know most people would think me mad, and say things along the lines of "files on your computer are not that important" but I say you would would be upset if some one stole all your cds or dvds and you would be upset if you lost all your photos of family and friends. well I've lost all that.
I've lost my music collection
I've lost all my tv shows and movies stored on my computer
Ive lost my photo
That stuff doesnt bother me too much but the stuff that I put on that computer because it reminded me of good times when i was at my happiest.
like my msn chat logs from when there was allways some one to talk to
or the backup of my mysapce page (when i was the cult of the frozen sheep high preist) I made before I quit myspace. or the topless pictres of some girl I met on the internet
or one of the many picture I worked on but never finished
I even lost my poem that i was soo proud of.
I can buy a new hard drive and I can fill it with music and videos downloaded from bit torrent but I cant replace the files that ment the most to me.
On the 30th of November 2007 I bought Alien Front Online for the dreamcast
and I waited
and I waited
and I waited
and now on the 8th of January 2008 it has arrived
I'm not going to leave the ebay seller I got it off negitaive feedback even though it wasnt sent until the 3rd of January becuase its cost me $11 (it was from canada) including p+p and it cost them $14 just to send it to me.
It didnt come with the mic but I had one allready so I'm keeping it in the alien front box as it orginaly cam with one.
Alien front online can best be described as quake in a tank. What does that mean ?, you drive around in a tank trying to blow up a set abount of the enemies and when you (or any one else ) die they respawn.
Theres 3 modes of play
Arcade
You just play the game going through different maps untill you run out of live of time or somthing (I'm not not sure why it stops)
Tactics
This is you campaign modewhere you can be the US of A or the aliens.
Online
This is juist online multiplayer but because the servers are down you can do it. the mic was was used when online so its usless too now.
Theres no offline multiplayer which is a shame as i can imagen it would be very fun.
Alien front online is defenetly a fun game and if you like the idea of a arcade style tank game you should pick it up, it was only relesed in america but with ebay its not too hard to get it imported if your not in america.
